  5. While exploring uncharted space,
  6. you were accidently sucked into a
  7. worm hole.  Your ship was trans-
  8. ported to another galaxy where
  9. you are considered the ENEMY.
  10.  
  11. You will come across many alien
  12. races who, out of there own fear,
  13. will do everything in there power
  14. to destroy you and your ship.
  15.  
  16. It's a game of kill or be killed
  17. If you can conquer all enemies,
  18. you can return back to Earth.

  24. This SHAREWARE version contains 7
  25. select levels from the REGISTERED
  26. game.  you can freely distribute
  27. it in its complete unedited form.

  29. If you like these levels you will
  30. love the rest.  There are a total
  31. of 20 levels and 10 different 
  32. enemies in the REGISTERED game.

  43. Avoid enemy ships.  They damage
  44. your shields more than if you are
  45. hit by their shots.  Try to shoot
  46. the enemies as soon as possible,
  47. or they will eventually catch you
  48. and ram your ship.  you should be
  49. able to out manuever enemy ships
  50. with a little practice.
  51.  
  52. Some enemies take multiple shots
  53. to destroy them.  Periodically an
  54. enemy will release ENERGY PODS or
  55. MEGA-BOMBS when they are killed.
  56. You can store up to 5 MEGA-BOMBS
  57. for use in emergency situations.

  62. At the begining of each level you
  63. are given full energy.  You use
  64. energy when you fire.  The shield
  65. drains energy from your reserves 
  66. each time you are hit.  When your
  67. energy runs low you cannot take
  68. many hits without being destroyed
  69.  
  70. SPACE PILOT has a Rookie mode for
  71. new pilots who want to learn the 
  72. tricks to becoming veteran pilots
  73.  
  74. From the main screen enter "R"
  75. for ROOKIE GAME or use the arrow
  76. keys to highlight your choice and
  77. then hit ENTER.
  78.  
  79. The enemies are not as aggresive
  80. in rookie mode, so You will score
  81. half as many points as a normal
  82. game.

  84. Use OPTIONS SETUP to select your
  85. game controls, and to turn the PC
  86. Speaker OFF or ON.  
  87. Use the arrow keys to highlight
  88. your choice and hit enter.

  90. Press [ESC] to save changes and
  91. return to the Main Menu.

  94. support the SoundBlaster board.
